What is the E&P Model?

The Emotional and Physical (E&P) Model was developed to explain how people respond to suggestions, process emotions, and form connections. It divides individuals into two main categories:

  1.   Emotional Types - These individuals process information internally, often thinking deeply about emotions before expressing them. They may seem more reserved, analytical, or reflective.
  2.   Physical Types - Physical types are more outwardly expressive. They react quickly to emotions and often process their feelings through physical actions, gestures, or verbal expression.

Everyone has a blend of both emotional and physical traits, but we typically lean more towards one type.
